Grupo PANDO is a Mexican company in the food industry that works under three divisions: chocolate, wine and canned food. Its immersion in the world of technology began recently; for this reason, SYAAT took on the task of walking hand in hand with this company to carry out a direct and total accompaniment.
It is well known that security and stability within a company are the two most important factors when it comes to technology. To accomplish this important task, Grupo PANDO opened its doors to SYAAT’s specialized team, so that it could apply its experience in practice.
For the first time, and with full hope, the company saw S/4HANA come to life in its systems. However, and after observing the great benefits of its implementation, the question on everyone’s mind was whether to keep the information on site or migrate it to the cloud.
The answer was easy: Grupo PANDO decided to entrust SYAAT with the migration to SYCLOUD due to their knowledge, use and administration of S/4HANA.
Thus, S/4HANA was installed in the cloud and SYAAT was given the opportunity to manage the platform in order to provide complete and efficient support for its operation. In this process, all Basis consultants were kept abreast of the infrastructure and the SAP Solution.
Some of the most relevant tasks that the SYAAT team has carried out in Grupo PANDO since its incorporation are: solving any technical problem directly and quickly, through the SYAAT support desk, by means of tickets in the platform; observation of the server behavior; creation and maintenance of server, database and SAP backups for recovery in case of failure; administration and monitoring of the general infrastructure as well as the response times ad hoc to SAP standards.
