It is the data center where we integrate our SYCLOUD cloud platform and is located in Houston 2, which is Data Foundry’s largest built data center with more than 350,000 square feet. It has a 60-megawatt capacity to be the premium wholesale and retail colocation, managed services and disaster recovery option for Houston. It has a solid infrastructure, tools, services and personnel necessary for data center compliance with SSAE 18, HIPAA and others.
The data center is also compliant with SOC 2 Type 2, which is issued under AT 101 guidelines and covers the security, availability and processing integrity of an organization’s systems, as well as vendor management and regulatory oversight.
Statements on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) is an attestation standard established by the AICPA to inform controls and services provided to clients. This statement, along with an independent auditor’s assessment of controls such as data center organization, security, and change management systems are considered when determining compliance with SSAE 18 (formerly SSAE 16).
