1. SYAAT SOLUTIONS, S.A. DE C.V., in accordance with Article 16 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, being responsible for the processing of personal data of its clients, its suppliers and third parties directly related to this company, we inform you of the following:

The purpose pursued in the processing of personal data that we will collect from our clients, our suppliers and third parties who maintain a commercial and/or legal relationship with our company will be for: (i) generation of a database for electronic communications and/or between the parties, (ii) generation of statistical and mathematical data that allows us to make decisions related to the industry to which our company is dedicated, (iii) generation of commercial or advertising information that we can send to our clients, suppliers and/or third parties related to our company, (iv) where applicable, to be able to share the personal data information collected by us with our business partners in order to provide better care and quality in the provision of our services in search of the satisfaction of our clients and/or suppliers, (v) finally, the personal data that we collect may be shared with the competent federal, state or municipal authorities as the case may be, as long as there is a duly founded and motivated authority order from them.

Our company offers options and means of contact to our clients, suppliers and/or third parties as owners of their personal data to limit the use or disclosure of the data collected: (i) through written communication with acknowledgment of receipt at our physical address, indicated in section 1 of this Privacy Notice; (ii) by electronic communication addressed to the head of our department responsible for personal data at the following email address contraloria@syaat.com. In these means that we make available to the owner or his legal representative, they must clearly state the request for limitation and/or use in the disclosure of their data.

Our company is aware that the legal and/or commercial relationship that unites us with the owners of the personal data is not permanent but is subject to temporality stated, where appropriate, in the contracts entered into between the parties (clients, suppliers and/or third parties) and knowing the Rights of the Holders of Personal Data, indicated in Article 22 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties regarding access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, and to facilitate its exercise it offers to them the same means of contact indicated in paragraph 3 immediately above.

In relation to the transfer of personal data, as stated in paragraph 2 above of this notice, if it is transferred, our company will use all reasonable means at its disposal so that those with whom it is shared observe and put all reasonable measures in place to protect them in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

We inform the data owners that any modification or change that may occur to this privacy notice will be duly notified to them in an enunciative but not limited manner by the following means: (i) electronic notification to the account they provided to us and that is found in the database, (ii) physical and visible publication at the address of our company and, (iii) by any other means that for such purposes may be indicated by the current Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

8. Finally, note that the data collected by our company does not correspond to the data that can be considered sensitive in accordance with Article 3, section VI (Roman) of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. Therefore, our company will never collect such information and in the event of a complaint in this regard, please contact the head of the comptroller area at the email account  contraloria@syaat.com , where we will gladly address your complaint and/or request.

This privacy notice will be valid during the current year 2023 and if necessary it will be updated in accordance with what is stated in section 6 of this notice.
