Today, we were on the Stop Mexico Tour “Business Process Transformation SAP Signavio”, an event focused on learning and innovation. This incredible initiative gave our clients and prospects the opportunity to learn about the integration between SAP Signavio and LeanIX.
At this event, participants learned how to automatically synchronize business processes and enterprise architecture data. One of the main findings was the ability to link investments in technology, IT and infrastructure directly to business processes, thus creating true transformation
In addition, the event invited attendees to learn about the importance of ensuring that all parts of the organization speak the same language and collaborate effectively during the transformation process, which is essential to overcome the challenges that arise and achieve the strategic objectives set by the company.
Finally, the ability to enable business results-driven architecture through LeanIX, using an automated data-driven approach. This methodology gives companies, regardless of their line of business, a solid basis for decision-making and continuous optimization of their processes.
