SAP NOW AI Tour Mexico 2026: AI Establishes Itself as an Operational Pillar for Mexican Companies

SAP NOW AI Tour Mexico held its 15th edition yesterday at Expo Santa Fe, bringing together more than 3,000 business leaders across more than 200 sessions, once again establishing itself as one of the country’s leading events for technology, innovation, and business.
Event Highlights
The central theme of this edition was the Autonomous Enterprise, a model in which technology executes business processes end-to-end while amplifying human capabilities. According to SAP News Center Latin America, the conversation around artificial intelligence has already matured: the debate is no longer about whether AI has a place in Mexican companies, but rather how to deepen its integration to generate measurable and sustainable value in day-to-day operations.
- Large-scale success stories. More than 50 Mexican organizations—including Coca-Cola FEMSA, Volaris, San Pablo Farmacia, Grupo Presidente, and Mondelez—presented their transformation journeys using data, cloud technology, and artificial intelligence, with examples from industries such as aviation, retail, consumer goods, healthcare, and hospitality.
- Joule Studio live. The program included a live demonstration of Joule Studio, the environment that enables companies to configure AI assistants and agents using the context of their own operations.
- SAP Americas Innovation Tournament. Companies such as San Pablo Farmacia, Grupo ICA, and Envases Universales presented solutions built on SAP technology as part of this regional competition.
- More than 30 years of SAP in Mexico. During the event, SAP reaffirmed its more than 30 years of operations in Mexico, bringing customers, business partners, and industry experts together under one roof.
