SAP, a leading global enterprise software company, organized an event on February 16; this time the venue was Monterrey, Nuevo León, considered one of the largest and most important developing metropolis in recent years, as well as the second center of business and finance. Monterrey has become home to major companies nationwide, making it one of the flagship cities in our country.
After the absence of events due to the pandemic, for us, this event meant reconnecting with people and presenting our solutions to companies that require sustainable results and business agility.
These events provide opportunities to learn about the latest trends in business technology and discuss topics that provide value to attendees.
Among the speakers was Ángela Gómez Aiza, president of SAP México, with more than 23 years of experience in sectors such as technology, retail and consumption. She highlighted that SAP is a pioneer in driving the digital transformation of Mexican companies.
Speaking of technological innovation, at the event was emphasized the importance that a sustainable workforce is a profitable business. Building the skills and agility needed for the future with smart solutions.
Joining the panel was Sonia Garza González, president of AMMJE Nacional, advisor to COPARMEX, CAINTRA women’s commission, a businesswoman from Monterrey. She spoke to the audience on “embracing bold leadership and lasting change”.
Sonia is interested in generating value and promoting women’s wellbeing. She invited women not to be afraid to get jobs where positions are only held by men, but to have a clear vision and reach as high as they can.
