On February 26, SYAAT held a special event: the official launch of SYSUPPORT, a tool designed to simplify activity tracking, optimize business management, and provide better insight into companies’ operational and financial performance. José Miguel Bañuelos hosted this live event, which featured the participation of renowned experts.

From the beginning of the webinar, the importance of SYSUPPORT as part of SYAAT’s new Development Factory was highlighted. What started as an idea has now become a transformative force in business management. Drawing from her firsthand experience with the project, she shared the main operational challenges that companies face and how this new solution has changed the way incidents and activities are managed efficiently.
Additionally, participants were invited to share their own experiences with business management issues in the chat, creating an interactive space where common challenges in companies were highlighted.
Economic perspective with Federico Rubli Kaiser
As part of the event, SYAAT also provided valuable analysis on the economic relationship between Mexico and the United States, presented by Federico Rubli Kaiser, an economist from ITAM with a postgraduate degree from Columbia University, and advisor/consultant at MAAT Asesores S.C.
Rubli, author of four books on international trade and finance, economic policies, and banking transparency, a columnist for El Economista, and a member of various committees in IMEF, COMEXI, ANTAD, COPARMEX, and CEESP, provided an expert perspective on current economic trends and their implications for the business environment.
